Die Muminfamilie (The Moomin Family) is a German adaptation of the Moomins using puppets. It was made in 1959 and is the first adaptation of the Moomins ever made for TV. The above pictures are photos from the series.

Moomin is an anime series made in the 1990s in Japan. It is one of the best known Moomin adaptations. The official Moomin Youtube channel has uploaded the series to their channel. The first episode is shown above.
